What we do....

Guides are encouraged to make their own decisions and are involved in the planning of  the meetings and activities.

If someone has a good idea it's discussed with their patrol.  The patrol leaders meet with the Guiders and work together to try to include as many suggestions from the Guides as possible.

Throughout the year the guides work on their challenge badges.  Each challenge badge takes a whole 12 months to achieve.  When a guide has earned 2 challenge badges they can start working on their Baden Powell Award.
